2. What these terms cover
These terms cover the use of the public website and of the electronic services available on it: browsing the website and sending an early-access or contact request. Access to the smartLOPA dashboard is given to business customers under a separate agreement; where that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement applies.
The service is addressed to businesses. It is not intended for consumers.
3. Technical requirements
You need a device with internet access, a current web browser with JavaScript enabled, and, for requests, an active e-mail address.
4. What the service is, and what it is not
smartLOPA produces cabin layout studies from the requirements you enter. The results are calculated from a model of the aircraft and of selected rules, and are meant to support planning.
The results are not a certification document, an engineering approval or legal advice. A layout must be reviewed and approved by an authorised design organisation and the competent aviation authority before it is installed or relied on.
5. Your obligations
- Give true contact data and do not send unlawful content.
- Keep sign-in data confidential and do not share access outside your organisation.
- Do not disrupt the service, bypass its security, or copy it by automated means beyond what the agreement allows.
6. Intellectual property
The website, the software, the texts and the graphics are protected by law and belong to the provider or its licensors. The requirements you enter and the layouts produced for you remain yours to use as set out in the agreement with your organisation.
7. Liability
The provider is liable for damage caused by wilful misconduct. To the extent the law allows in relations between businesses, liability for other damage is limited to the fees paid for the service in the 12 months before the event, and lost profit is excluded. The public website is provided free of charge, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
8. Complaints
Send complaints about the electronic services to [contact@example.com], with a description of the problem and your contact data. We answer within 14 days.
9. Personal data
The rules for personal data are in the Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes are settled by the court competent for the provider's registered office. We may change these terms for important reasons, such as a change in the law or in the service; the current version is always on this page, with its date.
